Nucleora software, including but not limited to its source code, object code, user interface, documentation, graphics, logos, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of Leo Cec Rojas and is protected by United States and international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

Without the prior written permission of the copyright owner, you may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any portion of the Software
• Distribute, publish, or transmit the Software or any portion thereof
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any rights therein
• Use the Software to create competing products or services
• Permit any third party to do any of the foregoing

Trademarks

"Nucleora" and the Nucleora logo are trademarks of this project. These marks may not be used without prior written permission.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Software (including NCBI, UniProt, Ensembl, RCSB PDB, BioPython, ViennaRNA, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and interoperability purposes. Such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those organizations.

License Required

Use of Nucleora requires a valid license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

DMCA Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notification containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our intellectual property and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers, including:

• Cease and desist demands
• DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers
• Civil litigation for damages and injunctive relief
• Criminal referrals where appropriate
